Q. Is it true that conventional soybean yields are lower than the yields from GMO varieties?

A. NO, thanks to the past 40 years of genetic development conducted at our research centre, Prograin currently markets conventional soybean varieties that rival GMO soybean yields.

The Wilma variety, for example, has a yield of 4876 kgs/ha.

By comparison, four GMO varieties with the same maturity have an average yield of 4602 kgs/ha¹.
