Ces facteurs sont essentiels pour pr\u00e9server le potentiel de transformation ou de germination du soya cultiv\u00e9 au pays. Il est possible de s\u00e9cher \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature ou encore \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>S\u00e9chage \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand le grain est humide (> 16&nbsp;%) et que les journ\u00e9es s\u00e8ches sont rares, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019ajouter de la chaleur afin d\u2019ass\u00e9cher l\u2019air pour ventiler le soya et ainsi obtenir un soya \u00e0 une teneur en eau de 12 \u00e0 14&nbsp;%, soit le pourcentage id\u00e9al pour la conservation. Il faut cependant privil\u00e9gier une bonne ventilation (ventilateur suffisamment puissant pour le volume \u00e0 ventiler, sortie d\u2019air ad\u00e9quate, aplanir le grain sur le dessus du silo) et surtout, ne pas ajouter trop de chaleur, ce qui endommagerait la qualit\u00e9 du grain. On peut donc le s\u00e9cher, mais \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse temp\u00e9rature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter de 3 \u00e0 5 \u00b0C (max 50 \u00b0F) \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiante afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de trop ass\u00e9cher l\u2019air et le grain, provoquant des pertes de qualit\u00e9. Chaque ajout de chaleur de 10 \u00b0C coupe l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air en deux. L\u2019air trop sec et trop chaud est dommageable pour le soya d\u2019alimentation humaine, ainsi que pour semences OGM. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature finale de l\u2019air du s\u00e9choir, il est recommand\u00e9 de ne pas d\u00e9passer 25 \u00e0 35 \u00b0C (80 \u00e0 90 \u00b0F).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 retenir\u00a0: <\/strong>Ventiler avec de l\u2019air chaud et sec, mais pas trop chaud !\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>S\u00e9chage \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019on utilise de la chaleur ou l\u2019air ambiant pour s\u00e9cher le grain, il est tr\u00e8s important de niveler le grain dans le silo pour uniformiser le mouvement de l\u2019air. Si l\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative de l\u2019air ext\u00e9rieur est plus basse que la teneur en eau \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des grains, le s\u00e9chage \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant est possible. Il est important de ne pas faire fonctionner le ventilateur en permanence sans porter attention \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative de l\u2019air, car les grains retrouveront l\u2019humidit\u00e9 perdue \u00e0 mesure que celle-ci augmente (par exemple, pendant la nuit). On ne d\u00e9marre donc le ventilateur que si les conditions ext\u00e9rieures sont propices au s\u00e9chage \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant. \u00c0 titre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air doit \u00eatre moindre que 30 \u00b0C et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air entre 50 et 70&nbsp;%. Il faut compter de 20 \u00e0 30 jours pour arriver \u00e0 une teneur en eau ad\u00e9quate par s\u00e9chage \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant. Plusieurs facteurs font fluctuer le temps requis, comme l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du grain au d\u00e9part, les conditions climatiques, la force du ventilateur ainsi que la hauteur de la couche de grains. Ne pas partir le ventilateur si l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air ambiante d\u00e9passe 70&nbsp;% si votre objectif est de r\u00e9duire l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du grain. Si votre ventilateur pousse l\u2019air du bas vers le haut et que le fond du silo est humide, il est normal que l\u2019humidit\u00e9 du grain migre vers le haut jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tant qu\u2019elle soit \u00e9vacu\u00e9e du silo. La prise d\u2019\u00e9chantillons tout au long du processus vous permettra d\u2019\u00e9valuer o\u00f9 vous en \u00eates rendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/mjtJQcOG84JPvioYDj1sYWusRSuGzHliUoUl_B9yjmvMJKziwIlxs48w2VbC1jJ2N0LxZ7VnX3747o-xs1FnkPZhLkQ4BkcvT2dW5fXrcUwg3rByG4AD9fniHO6igCthBssgCJ4\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2>Comment comprendre ce tableau?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un exemple\u00a0<\/strong>: Si vous exposez votre soya \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 10 \u00b0C et \u00e0 un air de 80&nbsp;% d\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative sur une longue p\u00e9riode, votre soya tendra vers une teneur en eau de 15,7&nbsp;% (point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre hygroscopique). \u00c0 la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature, mais avec un air \u00e0 90&nbsp;%, votre soya tendra vers 19,6&nbsp;%, cependant \u00e0 la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature, mais \u00e0 60&nbsp;% d\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative votre soya tendra vers 11,2&nbsp;%.
