Or, \u00e0 ce jour, les m\u00e9canismes physiologiques impliqu\u00e9s dans la nodulation qui d\u00e9pendent du magn\u00e9sium restent largement m\u00e9connus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, des \u00e9tudes ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un manque de magn\u00e9sium et, \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9, les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un apport externe optimal en magn\u00e9sium. Regardons ensemble comment l\u2019approvisionnement en magn\u00e9sium affecte la croissance et le d\u00e9veloppement des nodules dans le soya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le magn\u00e9sium&nbsp;: une composante indispensable de la chlorophylle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La chlorophylle est ce qui donne la couleur vert fonc\u00e9 aux plantes et le magn\u00e9sium est la partie centrale d\u2019une mol\u00e9cule de chlorophylle. Donc, s\u2019il y a un manque de disponibilit\u00e9 ou un d\u00e9balancement en magn\u00e9sium, ceci aura un impact sur la production de chlorophylle, qui joue un r\u00f4le primordial dans la fixation de l\u2019azote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un manque de magn\u00e9sium dans la nodulation du soya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une faible disponibilit\u00e9 de magn\u00e9sium dans le sol peut limiter la productivit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 du soya, qui aura alors une couleur d\u2019un vert plus p\u00e2le et une apparence plus fr\u00eale. Outre les effets directs sur la croissance des plants, un approvisionnement limit\u00e9 en magn\u00e9sium peut \u00e9galement avoir un impact sur la fixation biologique du diazote (N<sub>2<\/sub>) dans les nodules form\u00e9s par les interactions symbiotiques entre les l\u00e9gumineuses et les bact\u00e9ries rhizobiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d\u2019un apport externe en magn\u00e9sium dans la nodulation du soya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9, un apport externe en magn\u00e9sium am\u00e9liore la production des nodules dans des conditions o\u00f9 la disponibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019azote est limit\u00e9e ou faible. Parall\u00e8lement, un apport optimal externe en magn\u00e9sium permet aussi de favoriser la fixation du diazote et la croissance des plants de soya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un apport externe en magn\u00e9sium favorise \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9largissement des nodules, entra\u00eenant en retour une augmentation du nombre de nodules de taille plus important, sans pour autant modifier leur structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, un apport ad\u00e9quat en magn\u00e9sium contribue aussi \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019accumulation d\u2019amidon et de saccharose dans les feuilles des plants de soya tout en favorisant leurs concentrations dans les racines. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019apport en hydrates de carbone dans la zone colonis\u00e9e (infect\u00e9e) par des nodules.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>L\u2019importance du magn\u00e9sium dans la nodulation du soya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plants de soya ont besoin d\u2019une grande quantit\u00e9 de nutriments pour se d\u00e9velopper sainement et le magn\u00e9sium fait partie de ceux-ci.
